Welcome to Oak Street Elementary Physical Education! Please take a few minutes to open the files on this page so that you can become more familiar with how the 2011-2012 school year will unfold. Our comprehensive lesson plan is always dependant upon the Kansas weather, so some fall and spring activities may be subject to last minute adjustments. I love the outdoors, so we'll be outside whenever the weather allows us to be. Please note that our annual Boot Camp is on Tuesday, January 10, 2012, and Field Day 2012 is on Friday, May 4. At the beginning of the Spring 2012 semester, we'll begin our basketball lesson followed by President's Council on Physical Fitness activities. Hopefully, we'll have a short winter followed by an early spring so that we can go outside and begin track and baseball/softball. Please don't hesitate to call anytime you have questions or concerns.
